• Itineraries and activities are flexible and can be adapted according to the interests of clients.

• The program may vary depending on weather conditions and seasonal constraints (dry and rainy season), depending on the regulation of the water levels in rivers of the Amazon region .

• Air transport is used in conjunction with the expeditions and is subject to the local airline schedule .

• Flights are dependent on weather conditions.

Terms and conditions of Amazon Explorer

• Before starting on the Expedition or training courses clients must sign a liability agreement issued by our company, Amazon Explorer .

• Passengers must have their own Travel insurance .

. Our company assumes no financial responsibility for medical expenses or evacuations that may occur, during participation of activities and expeditions within our company, Amazon Explorer.

Reservation Policy

• To m ake a reservation : Please send an advance of 20 % of the total cost. This is essential for your booking to proceed. For more information contact us by e mail: info@amazonexplorer.com

• Training courses and Expeditions of more than 10 days duration are required to have completed procedures and logistical information 15 days prior to the starting date .

• On completion of reservations the company will not refund the advance in case of cancellation.

• Deposits are to be transferred through to the designated bank account of Amazon Explorer

• Full payment must be made before commencement of the J ourney / Expedition / Training course .
