Instructions for travelers

We must consider us, like travelers of high risk and take precaution for the travel.

Required vaccine
Vaccine of yellow fever (some countries to go in, apply a vaccination certificate).

Required prophylaxis

Use: oral way, one pill a day.

Permetrina 1%
Application: spray clothes

Is recommendable to take with you a first aid box that contains
Disinfectant, anti-diarrhea, fungicide, cream-antihistamines, anti-malarias, some antibiotics, anti-parasite, some other specific medication (if it is necessary).

Up to date passport
Identify card
Health card
Responsibility form (talking about documents).

Campaign clothes
2 trousers, 1 short, 1 long shirt, 1 sweatshirt, 1 pair of trainers, 1 pair of laced boot,1 pair of sandals, 1 towel, a hat or cap, a raincoat.

Elemental things
Lantern, knife, water bottle, rucksack, insect repellent, a protector sun, a personal first, aid box.

Optional equipment
A camera, a camera to film, binoculars, notebook, etc.
